The Mobilefix story goes back nearly 20 years to a guy in high school. Fueled with a fascination for mechanics thanks to early introduction to drag racing by his dad and an after school job at the local parts store. He would jump at the opportunity to help anyone turn wrenches on anything. That set him down a path to take automotive classes his junior and senior year. The day after he graduated, he started work at his first mechanic job working on heavy equipment as a field service mechanic. That introduced the idea of bringing the mechanic to the problem instead of the problem to the mechanic. He started loading up his tools after work and working on friends and families cars. Building on that foundation, and now with years of experience in a wide variety of mechanical disciplines, he decided to open Mobilefix in Crestview, Florida. A different way to think about auto care!

Every time I've taken my truck to brick and mortar shop, all I've ever been told was that I need to replace the alternator. I told him I needed the car for the following week and he said it shouldn't be a problem, just text him the address and issue and he'd get back to me Friday morning with an ETA. 2 texts, a call and voicemail, and 10 days later I haven't heard back from him. Car is in another shop but it could have been from the beginning and I wouldn't have lost a weekend if he'd communicated a need to go elsewhere.

Nathan Whitfield2024-04-27I had to call mobilefix on a whim after I took apart my car, there was a hiccup and i needed a socket that I couldn't purchase anywhere around town, so I took a chance and called him and asked him if it were possible to come over and help disassemble the caliper. From the time I called even unexpectedly he disassembled and reassembled within the hour. He saved the day for sure! If you need something done to your vehicle and don't have the option to go buy the tool I highly recommend you call brian. He is very professional and knowledgeable In this field. 💯

First of all, he was extremely personable and knowledgeable of his craft. He went through everything detail by detail including taking photos so we could actually view the damages. When all was said and done… I believe he provided us with all the information needed to make a proper decision on whether or not to repair. He went above and beyond and we would gladly utilize his services again. If you’re in a bind and can’t get to a mechanic, call Brian and he’ll come to you. You won’t be disappointed!
